I focus on Executive Coaching and Business Consulting.

Through my Executive Coaching program, I work with new leaders, high potential leaders and executive leaders on areas they want to grow and develop their skills and to reach and exceed their potential. These areas could include leadership skills, decision making on career path, major life decisions, developing and creating their purpose, vision and/or goals and other types of transitional decisions. These sessions focus on the key areas where our clients want to find the right opportunities and path for their future. I create the space for leaders to develop their own authentic self and foster big dream thinking.

Through my Business Consulting program, I work with my clients to create strategies that the leadership team can implement to reach their organizational objectives. These objectives usually include creating plans to drive higher performance in the areas of operational improvement and efficiency, growth and business development and leadership and culture. My main focus is on growth in all areas of leadership and the business, while developing a strong culture of service.

I provide coaching and consulting on developing and activating business strategies that help grow yourself, your organization, improve processes, enhance team development and achieve results.

I tailor programs designed for each client’s needs and objectives. Onboarding begins with identifying my clients goals and the barriers standing in the way of reaching their greater potential. 

Together, we foster deep conversations to identify internal and external challenges, nurture strengths and overcome weaknesses. I explore multiple perspectives in order to equip my clients with the resources needed to embrace and navigate through new possibilities.  I focus on our client’s next journey, wherever that may lead.

Who are my clients?

There are no typical clients when it comes to this kind of work. However, I work with clients from a variety of industries and range from entrepreneurs, to well established c-level executives, to organizations.  

Norma was integral in my being able to make the professional decisions I knew deep down I needed to make but was struggling to find the courage to do so. Early on in my career, one of my previous leaders encouraged me to work with a professional coach (I had recently been promoted to a Director level position). At first, I did not realize or fully comprehend the purpose, intent, or benefits of coaching.
