I launched ZStrategist, LLC, after working for over 30 years in the corporate setting.
Throughout my experience, I cultivated my passion to serve as a catalyst for others personal growth and professional development. I discovered my most successful outcomes came through coaching work with executives, who want to create a strong culture of growth through conscious leadership. My clients are able to enhance their leadership skills, while challenging the status quo, fostering strong leaders and delivering on a scalable operating model.
I am a Certified Coach from both CTI/Co-Active - Co-Active Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) and International Coach Federation (ICF) - Associated Certified Coach (ACC).
My experience comes from years of building strong teams, developing and implementing organizational business plans, coaching and mentoring executives and driving performance improvement initiatives. Most of my time was spent working with executive leaders on creating the company’s goals and vision, including developing and driving the company’s culture.
When I am not working, I spend quality time with Roux, my dog.
